Skip anything you do not know. We read the drawings and specs either way. Answering just makes the read faster and lets us flag it when the documents disagree with you, which is worth knowing before you bid.

The drawings

PDF or ZIP. Up to 20 files, 2 GB each. Large files upload in pieces, so a dropped connection only costs you one piece.

Have the 3D model (BIM)? Include it, or ask your GC for it. The model is the database the drawings were printed from, with exact quantities inside. Best upload: the architectural, structural and MEP drawings plus specs. Leave out bid forms, reports and photo sets.

    Your plans are used for your takeoff and nothing else. They are not shared, pooled, or used for anyone else's work, and they are deleted from our storage whenever you ask (email [email protected]). Automatic deletion 90 days after upload is being rolled out.
